During the rebirth of Elvis Presley’s career in the 1970s, the song list for most of his concerts was made up of recent pop hits, but he still occasionally threw in a few of his own classics for his longtime fans. “Hound Dog” and “Blue Suede Shoes” were both hits for Elvis back in 1956.
