The Jaycees (United States Junior Chamber) named Elvis Presley one of the “Oustanding Young Men of 1970.” Here is Elvis’s 1971 acceptance speech of his Jaycees award:

Obviously grateful and humbled, Elvis says, “When I was a child, I was a dreamer. And I read comic books and I was the hero of the comic books. I saw movies and I was the hero in the movie. So, every dream that I ever dreamed has come true a hundred times.”
