That scene is from the 1957 movie Loving You. “(Let Me Be Your) Teddy Bear” made it to the number one spot on the music charts in the summer of 1957 and held that position for seven weeks.
There have been several covers of this song made by well known singers, including Pat Boone, Tanya Tucker, and ZZ Top.
